D1 Lombok arrival, hotel check in. 

After arrival on Lombok, you will be transferred to Senggigi and check in Mascot Beach Hotel.

D2 Senggigi- Sendang Gile- Tiu Kelep Waterfall- Sembalun

08: 30 Enjoy the Indonesia and Western breakfast in the hotel.

09: 00 Bring all your luggage and drive to Rinjani Park(2 hrs). Visit the biggest waterfall Sendang Gile and swim in the green pools under the waterfall. Then walk through the jungle and the amazing rice terrace. Visit another beautiful Tiu Kelep waterfall.

14: 00 Enjoy the delicious Indonesia and Western lunch.

16: 00 Drive to Sembalun (1 hour), check in Agro Villa.

19: 00 Enjoy dinner at the restaurant.

Tips: Please bring some snacks on the way, for the lunch is at 2 p.m.

Day 3 Sembalun- Mt. Rinjani (Approximately 8 hours hiking; 2639m ascent)

07: 30 Enjoy the Indonesia and Western breakfast in the hotel.

08: 00 Drive to Sembalun Lawang(1,156m).

08: 50 Brief and issue the equipment, leave the irrelevant hiking luggage in the office. Then register at the Rinjani Trek Center.

09: 00 Start hiking. We will walk approximately 8 hours today. First head to Pos I “Bunut Ngengkang” (1300m). This usually takes 2 hour. 10 minute rest. Then continue to Pos II “Montong Satas” (1,500m). This stage takes approximately 1 hours.

12: 00 We will take a 1.5 hour lunch-break in Pos 2, where the porters and guides will prepare a hot meal, tea & coffee. 

13: 30 After lunch we will start walking to Pos III “Mondokan Lokak” (1,800m), which takes about 1 hours. 10-15 minute rest at Pos 3 before continuing hiking. After approximately 3.5 hours’ walking, we will arrive at the crater rim 2 “Plawangan Senaru” (2,639m).

18: 00 Porters and guides will set up camp and prepare dinner. You are free to wander around the crater rim 2 and take some nice photos of the spectacular view!

19: 00 Enjoy the most precious Indonesia DIY cuisine on Mt. Rinjani. And appreciate the bright stars at night, stay tent.

Day 4 Mt. Rinjani- Senggigi (Approximately 5 hours hiking or 10 hours hiking if go to summit)

02: 00 [Only for people who want to go to the summit. On the contrary, you can choose whatever you can do in the morning until lunch time.] Wake up, have a light breakfast and start ascenting to summit. You will have a 4-hour hard hiking. The terrain is steep, and in parts gravelly. The last hour is especially hard. Warm clothing is essential. A windbreaker jacket, gloves & hat are highly recommended.

06: 30 Reach the summit (3,726m/ 12, 224ft). Hopefully in time to see the sun coming up over Lombok! From the summit you can see Segara Anak (the crater lake), Mt Agung (Bali), Sumbawa, and the three best known Gili Isles (Trawangan, Meno, & Air).

07: 30 Descend back to camping. 

11: 00 Enjoy a well-deserved lunch! Walk back to Sembalun as the same route before (5 hours).

16: 30 Back to the office, collect your belongings, and drive to Sengiggi.

19: 30 Enjoy dinner at Mascot Beach Hotel.

Day 5 Senggigi- Pink Beach- Senggigi

07: 30 Enjoy a nice breakfast at the hotel’s restaurant.

08: 00 Head to Pink Beach. We will arrive at the pier in 1.5 hours’ driving. Then take a boat in one hour. 

10: 30 Stroll along the world’s sexiest beach ( from American Newsweek). You can walk to the hill at both ends of the beach to appreciate the whole view of the pink coast.

11: 30 Everybody is provided with one-hour snorkeling for free. Appreciate the amazing underwater world.

12: 50 Have lunch and enjoy the sunshine and the unique beautiful beach. You can ramble around the romantic beach, swimming, diving, surfing, cycling etc. 

16: 00 Go back to Mascot Beach Hotel (2.5 hours).

19: 30 Enjoy dinner at Mascot Beach Hotel.

Day 6 Free day at Gili Meno

08: 00 Enjoy a nice breakfast at the hotel’s restaurant.

08: 30 Drive to Bangsal’s Pier in 30-40 minutes.

09: 20 Take a boat to Gili Meno in 20 minutes.

09: 50 Arrive at Gili Meno. The local guide will lead you to Mallias Bungalow (7-10 minutes walk from the pier). It is a Free day at Gili Meno. Just relax yourself. You can ramble around, swimming, diving, surfing, cycling etc.

Day 7 Free day at Gili Meno

Free day and relax at Gili Meno. You can ramble around, swimming, diving, surfing, cycling etc. We will go back to Mascot Beach Hotel at 5 p.m. After arrival, enjoy the dinner.

Lombok: As an island similar in size to neighboring Bali, Lombok offers a more untouched landscape with a powerful feeling of seclusion, plus oceanic plant and animal life. Mount Rinjani: is the second highest volcano in Indonesia, Mount Rinjani soars 3726m above sea level. It attracts thousands of trekkers and climbers annually. The huge crater near the top contains a beautiful lake, Danau Segara Anak ( child of the sea lake ) and a smaller cone, Gunung Baru Jari which was formed a couple of hundred years ago. There are a number of caves, small waterfalls and hot springs located around the volcano. In 2004 Rinjani won the World Legacy Award and become internationally popular.

Gili Meno: Kept neat, clean, and attractive, this secluded spot offers a range of water-based activities and a rich, diverse marine environment to explore on diving. With no automobiles allowed on the islands, Gili Meno possess a enchanting charm. On the sand, you can pull up a rented umbrella and spend the day enveloped by a paradisal beach.

Pink Beach: is the place to go for natural beauty and elegant resorts. The three miles of perfectly pink sands and gentle waters are fabulous. The ocean is ideal for swimming and diving, for it is warm throughout the year and generally calm, protected from the rolling waves of the Atlantic by a coral reef.

What You Should Bring:

1. Necessities: passport / ID card , some cash.

2. Clothes: several sets of summer clothes (23 ℃ ~ 32 ℃), swimsuits, jackets (Night at Mount Rinjani is cold. The temperature may go below 10 ℃), raincoat, different kinds of waterproof bags, non-slip hiking shoes or sneakers, sandals or slippers etc.

3. Personal items: trolley case, mid-sized backpack, trekking pole, headlight, knee pads, sun hat, sunscreen, sunglasses, mobile power pack, camera, tissues etc.

4. Food: for volcano hiking, please bring some dry food, drinking water and high-calorie snacks (such as beef jerky, chocolate, canned meat, etc.).

5. Medicine and others: please prepare it according to your own needs. The following medicine are suggested for consideration: anti-mosquito cream,  band-aid, carsick medicine, gastrointestinal medicine, cold medicine, anti-inflammatory drugs etc.

6. Most hotels in Indonesia do not provide personal toiletries. Please carry your own toothbrush, shampoo, shower gel, towels, slippers and so on.

Special Note

1. Lombok are visa-free for China, Britain, America and another one hundred countries. You just need to provide your 6-month valid passport which must have two-page valid visa. Hong Kong and Macao guests need to take a similar valid passport with Mainland Pass. Taiwan guests please hold a similar valid passport with Taiwan ID card. If you fail to enter the airplane due to lack of relevant documents, all the consequences should be responsible by yourself.

2. Currency exchange: If you are not convenient to change rupiah, you can just bring RMB or dollars and change it into rupiah on Lombok. (Currency exchange rate: 1 RMB = 1954.8385 rupiah; 1 dollar = 13280.0000 rupiah)

3. Please respect the religious beliefs and customs of local people. Do not talk about sensitive religious issues.

4. Do not shake hands with local people by left hand. Do not touch anybody’s head, including children, for head is very sacred there. 

5. When take others’ photo, please ask them first to avoid the unnecessary disputes afterwards.

6. When snorkeling, please look up from time to time to see whether there are some boats. You should be away from boat as far as possible. Do not touch sea turtles when snorkeling. And do not be far away from the snorkeling coach.

7. Do not swim when there are large waves.

8. Do not worry about the jet lag. Lombok have the similar time as Beijing, almost no time difference.

Day 1  Shanghai- Lombok- Senggigi

上海飞龙目岛(Lombok) ，当地向导手持Okdeal接机牌在机场唯一的出口接机，驱车1-1.5小时到达圣吉吉，入住圣吉吉海滩别墅型酒店Mascot Beach Hotel。

Day 2 Senggigi- Sendang Gile- Tiu Kelep Waterfall- Sembalun

08: 30酒店内享用西式和印尼早餐。

09: 00车来酒店接人，大家带上所有行李，前往林加尼火山公园（2小时）。途中欣赏优美秀丽的热带田园风光，游玩龙目岛最大瀑布Sendang Gile（瀑布群）以及TiuKelep 瀑布，在瀑布下游泳赏彩虹。从Sendang Gile 瀑布到Tiu Kelep瀑布，徒步30-45分钟穿越一片原始丛林。

14: 00 午餐。

16: 00 前往火山脚下Sembalun 村子(1小时)，入住酒店Agro Villa。

19: 00 享用晚餐。

Day 3 Sembalun- Mt. Rinjani  

07: 30 酒店内享用西式和印尼早餐。

08: 00 带上所有行李，乘车前往Sembalun Lawang。

08: 50 到达Sembalun Lawang， 将徒步不需要的行李寄存在火山徒步代理商店Office，轻装上阵。完成火山徒步注册登记后，开始火山徒步。

09: 00 开始火山登山徒步，行程总共约8小时，一路穿越高山、草甸和丛林。

12: 00 挑夫给大家做饭。菜肴以印尼菜为主，有鸡肉、咖喱、蔬菜、米饭、面条和水果等。

18: 00 到达海拔2639m的山脊Pelawangan 2(Crater rim 2) ，山脊可俯瞰美丽的火山湖。搭帐篷扎营，挑夫做晚餐。

19: 00 吃晚饭，夜间欣赏璀璨的星空，宿帐篷。

Day 4 Mt. Rinjani- Senggigi

02: 00 起床，吃早餐（海拔2639m）。出发冲刺火山顶（备注：冲顶项目为可选项，体力不够的旅客们可选择睡到自然醒或早起看日出，然后自由活动。等冲顶的伙伴们10点左右回来后再一起下山）

06: 30 登顶火山（海拔3726m），欣赏日出，俯瞰壮观的火山口及火山湖。

07: 30 从山顶下山返回至扎营地，用餐休息1小时。

11: 30 偕同未登顶的小伙伴所有人原路下山返回，徒步约5小时。

16: 30 下山返回至Sembalun 村，取回寄存的行李，乘车3小时返回圣吉吉（Senggigi）。

19: 30 在酒店餐厅海边沙滩上享用晚餐。

Day 5 Senggigi- Pink Sands- Senggigi

07: 30酒店餐厅享用早餐。

08: 00乘车前往粉红沙滩(Pink Beach)，1.5小时后到达码头。包船前往粉红沙滩，途中可观赏众多原生态的小岛，浮潜2-3个点（约1-2小时），观赏美丽的海底世界（费用已含，粉红沙滩的珊瑚目前还尚未大面积遭到人类的破坏，保存尚好）。

12: 50岛上午餐。漫步在世界上最性感的海滩上（美国《新闻周刊》评选），可攀爬沙滩两端的山头，登高俯瞰整个粉红海岸全貌。

16: 00乘船返回码头，再乘车返回圣吉吉Mascot Beach Hotel（2.5小时）。

19: 30 在酒店餐厅海边沙滩上享用晚餐。

Day 6 Senggigi- Gili Meno

09: 50到达吉利M岛。当地向导在码头等候并带领大家入住吉利岛海滩特色酒店Mallias Bungalow（距离码头步行约7-10分钟）。向导会跟大家介绍吉利岛的一些基本信息，然后大家自由活动。沙滩、游泳、晒太阳、浮潜等都在等着你！也可以骑车（自费）或步行环岛（步行环岛约2-3小时）。如需浮潜的小伙伴们，向导可以带大家到浮潜点并带领一同浮潜。浮潜费用自理: 面具+脚蹼 30K/套（约17RMB，救生衣20K/件（约11RMB）。不需要浮潜的小伙伴们自由活动。

19: 30 在酒店餐厅海边沙滩上享用晚餐。

备注：由于吉利岛大部分酒店房间数不多，如果未订到该酒店，会安排同等类型酒店。如果团员人数超过酒店空房数，会安排入住两个酒店(同等级，距离近），请大家谅解。

Day 7 Gili Meno- Senggigi

睡到自然醒，吃完早餐后继续享受天堂般的海岛慵懒时光。自由活动一天，可选择步行环岛、骑自行车、游泳、冲浪、浮潜、深潜等活动。下午5点乘快船返回龙目岛。司机会在码头接人，专车送至Mascot Beach Hotel。晚上7点半在酒店餐厅海边沙滩上享用晚餐。

【景点介绍】

龙目岛(Lombok): 是印度尼西亚的又一大岛，与巴厘岛毗邻而居，隔海相望。龙目岛低调内敛，大部分地区都是一片处女地，被欧美人视为度假胜地，并称为“20年前的巴厘岛”。风景优美，美食聚集，值得一去再去！

林加尼火山(Rinjani): 位于龙目岛的中北部，是印度尼西亚的第二高峰，海拔3726米，被孤独星球推荐为东南亚最值得爬的火山。每年吸引着全世界众多的徒步登山爱好者前往。徒步将穿越热带雨林、高山丛林、草甸、火山、火山湖及火山温泉，徒步风景别具一格并且丰富多样。登顶火山，不仅可以欣赏到震撼人心的日出日落、璀璨耀眼的云海星空和瑰丽的火山湖，更是灵魂上的一次修行。

粉红沙滩(Pink Beach): 位于龙目岛东南角位置。沙子呈少女般浪漫的粉红色，在夕阳下熠熠生辉，仿佛梦境一斑。被美国《新闻周刊》评选为世界上最性感的海滩之一。其湛蓝幽绿多层次的透明海水，及水下丰富的珊瑚种群和大量多样的鱼群，是世界上最顶级的潜水胜地。

吉利岛(Gili Memo): 位于龙目岛西北部，这里有着水晶般透明的海水，细白柔软的沙滩，且岛上没有任何机动车辆，只有自行车和马车。出门即阳光沙滩，是名副其实的度假天堂。步行一个半小时即可走完全岛。岛上没有任何警察，但治安良好。因此被成为三无岛 “ No automobiles; no police; no worry”。

【关于住宿】

吉祥物海滩酒店（Mascot Beach Hotel）：位于龙目岛绝佳的观光海滩地段，吉祥物海滩酒店提供优质舒适的住宿环境，酒店内可享受海景沙滩。客人可享受免费WiFi, 24小时前台，送餐及唤醒服务。

马里亚斯平房 (Mallias Bungalows)：位于吉利岛(Gili Memo绝佳的海滩地段，马里亚斯平房提供优质的服务和优良的设施。这里的一切都是为了营造宾至如归的氛围。酒店提供免费WiFi, 24小时前台，送餐及唤醒服务。每间客房装修都非常考究是来龙目岛探索感受当地特色住宿及放松身心的理想住处。

费用包含：

√ 住宿：4晚别墅型酒店+1晚火山脚下酒店+1晚火山露营+1晚海岛当地特色酒店，双人标间/大床房及24小时热水。

√ 交通：当地产生的所有交通（车、船、快艇等），含机场接送。

√ 餐饮：7早9正、全程矿泉水。

√ 门票：行程中所有的景点门票。出团后若因自身原因没有参加的项目，费用不退，敬请谅解。

√ 导服：当地专业户外领队、英语向导、龙目岛负责人24小时中文紧急电话服务。

√ 保险：境外旅游保险、行程中印尼当地所有的车船保险、火山徒步保险。

√ 林加尼火山徒步：携带公共用品的挑夫、帐篷、睡垫、睡袋、厕所帐篷、炊具和餐具等装备。

√ 粉红沙滩浮潜及浮潜工具费用（救生衣、面罩、脚蹼）。

√ 赠送：OKdeal旅游三宝+百变头巾。

费用不包含：

× 签证：龙目岛对一百多个国家免签。

× 来回往返机票及国内所产生的交通费用自理，俱乐部可代订。

× 部分餐饮：具体请参考具体行程餐饮说明。

× 单房差 1200元/人。

× 个人参与的游览项目、发票及其他私人消费等产生的费用。

× 全程小费：给当地司机、向导和挑夫等的小费，可根据服务质量适当给予，也可不给。

× 因罢工、台风、航班取消或者更改时间，交通延阻及其它不在本旅行社控制范围内情况所导致的额外费用。

× 吉利岛自由活动可能涉及的租单车、浮潜或马车费用。

× 吉利M岛自由活动可能涉及的浮潜费和浮潜用具费需自费。参考价格： 面具+脚蹼 30K/套（约17人民币）；救生衣20K/件（约11人民币）。

× 火山徒步相关：建议自行携带登山杖、头灯和雨衣 等。

× 需挑夫背负的个人行李费用。每个挑夫可承载30kg，可几个人共同，一天250K（约130人民币）。

【建议装备】

1. 必须品：护照/身份证原件，少量现金。

2. 衣物：夏天换洗衣裤（白天天气比较热， 23℃ ~ 32℃）、泳衣、冲锋衣裤、保暖衣(火山徒步晚上很冷，气温可能会跌至10℃以下）、雨衣、各种防水袋如手机防水套、登山鞋或运动鞋、沙滩鞋等 。

3. 个人用品：拉杆箱、旅行背包、登山杖、头灯、护膝、遮阳帽、防晒霜、太阳眼镜、充电宝、相机、干湿纸巾若干。

4. 食物：火山徒步需带上自己喜好的干粮、饮用水，补充体力用的高热量零食（如牛肉干、巧克力、肉类鱼类罐头等）。

5. 药品及其他：岛上蚊虫较多，要准备好风油精、防蚊虫药膏，也要带上基本应急药物如：创可贴、晕车药、船药、肠胃药、感冒药、消炎药等。其他则可根据自己需要准备。

6. 因印尼大部分酒店均不提供个人洗浴用品，请自行携带牙刷、洗发水、沐浴露、毛巾和拖鞋等。

【注意事项】

1. 龙目岛对中国、英国、美国等一百对个国家免签，只需提供6个月以上有效期的护照，必须有两页有效签证页。港澳客人需要带好有效护照及回乡证，台湾客人请持有效护照及台胞证。如因未办理相关合格的证件而造成不能出入境者，一切后果请自负。

2. 钱币兑换：印度尼西亚使用印尼盾，在国内如果不方便换的话，外国人可以带美金，中国人带人民币，到当地再换成印尼盾。（货币兑换参考：1人民币元=1954.8385印尼卢比；1美元=13280.0000印尼卢比）

3. 龙目岛大多居民信仰教，请尊重当地的民俗习惯和宗教信仰，慎谈敏感的宗教问题。

4. 禁止用左手和当地人握手。千万不要拍别人的头部，即使对方是小孩子。因为头部是神圣的，

5. 拍摄照片前最好得到被拍者的允许，既表示尊重，也避免事后引起不必要的纷争。

6. 浮潜时请务必时不时抬头看看船只，尽量远离船只。并且随时关注向导的位置，不要远离向导，更不要一个人游到远处去浮潜。遇到海龟不要用手去触摸。  

7. 在海边游泳时，当海浪较大时，请务必靠近岸边游泳，不要游到远处，以免被水流带走。

8. 海边浅水区游泳时，如下面为非沙地区域（有水草或珊瑚），请先带上泳镜看清下面状况，以免不小心踩到珊瑚划伤脚或者不小心踩到海胆。

9. 不用担心时差问题，龙目岛和北京没有时差。
